Stop! Do Not Place an Order! Do yourself a favor and head to the grocery store because that’s what it looks like they used for what was supposed to be a $60 flower arrangement! Horrible Zero talent was not arranged by a professional florist!

I placed an order for delivery earlier this week. What was “promised” or I assumed would be delivered greatly differed from what was received. The shop took the liberty to replace sunflowers with Gerber daisies. I was never contacted regarding this change - if I had been, I would have changed or canceled my order. I called and left a message after receiving an image of the product requesting the opportunity to address the issue the same day. My call/message has not been returned. What was promised vs. what was delivered is in the attached images. The image of sunflowers is directly taken from their website.

I've never sent flowers so I'm not a good candidate for review. Got the flowers there. Minor mishap. I'm satisfied.

The best! Delivered right on time and the peace lily was beautiful! They even called after order was placed to make sure they got delivery directions correct.
